Import Trade History

No login, no password — export a CSV from Tradovate and drop it in below. The file is read entirely in your browser; nothing gets uploaded anywhere.

  1. Log into Tradovate: trader.tradovate.com (opens in a new tab)
  2. Click your account name at the top, then the small gear icon next to it — this opens Account Reports (some versions show this as a Reports item in the main menu instead)
  3. Click the Account Balance History tab — not Client Statements or Performance, those are different reports (Cash History also works if that's what you've got)
  4. Set the date range back to the day you first opened the account, so it captures everything
  5. Click Download Report to save the CSV
  6. Come back here and upload that file below
Auto-fills Net P&L and Best Day below once uploaded. Cash History files are also accepted.

Evaluation → Funded → First Payout

PHASE 01

Evaluation

  • Clear the profit target for your size without your balance touching the trailing Max Loss Limit.
  • The Daily Loss Limit is optional on the 25K Flex — OFF, or a firm $600 cap if you opted in. Either way, the Co-Pilot above sets a stop for you.
  • Consistency rule (plan-dependent): LucidFlex and LucidDaily cap it at 50% of total profit when you hit target — spread wins across at least 2–3 sessions. LucidPro and LucidDirect have no consistency rule during evaluation at all. Check the Account Snapshot above for your plan's exact figure.
  • Positions auto-flatten at 4:45 PM ET. Holding past it doesn't fail you, but plan your exits before then.
  • No minimum trading days — pass as fast as the math allows, just don't let one hot day carry the whole account.
PHASE 02

Funded

  • Consistency, plan-dependent: LucidFlex and LucidDaily drop the rule entirely once funded — only the trailing Max Loss Limit matters. LucidPro (40%) and LucidDirect (20%) carry a fresh cap into every payout cycle instead; miss it and the payout is held, not the account.
  • Same Daily Loss Limit setting carries over from evaluation — if you're running OFF, this is where real discipline replaces the guardrail.
  • Positions still flatten by 4:45 PM ET every session.
  • Bank 5 qualifying profitable days (each clearing your size's daily minimum) with the cycle net positive.
PHASE 03

First Payout

  • Once your 5 qualifying days are banked and the cycle is net positive, submit from the dashboard.
  • Lucid runs a 90/10 split in your favor, with a $500 minimum payout request.
  • Balance is deducted within minutes of approval — disbursement then rides the processor's clock.
  • Timing: same day via Plaid (US), 1–2 business days to a US bank, 2–4 international, up to 8 via PayPal.
